No Returns
We want to inform you that we do not accept returns; our policy is strictly no returns. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase. Once an item is received, no return requests will be entertained.
Return timeline in case of damage/defective/incompletedelivery:
All of our products go through Quality Check but in rare cases if you have been delivered an item with a defective product, wrong product, or incomplete order. We recommend you make an unboxing video while opening the parcel, inspect the product thoroughly while the video is on, and stop the video once you are satisfied with your order.
The unboxing video should start from the part you are opening the parcel from the outer pouch inspecting your order, show in the video if there is any issue, and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery.
An unboxing video is compulsory to be eligible for exchange of the product.
The defect must be visible in the unboxing video. The defect must be in the product and not in the outer packaging.

How to return the product: Once we approve the return, kindly ship the product to our Physical Address(mentioned at the end of this page) and share the tracking ID (along with the Order ID) with us at Hello@thegigglebox.in.
Refund Policyin case of damage/defective/incompletedelivery:
In case of damage/defective/incomplete delivery, we will issue the refund within 7 business days of receiving the return, you will receive an email confirmation as well. Please note that the refund amount may take another 7-10 business days. The refund will be provided in the form of coupon code that will applicable on our website for 6 months from the date of issue.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the order placed within 30 minutes and a full refund will be provided. Post 30 minutes, the order will fall under the return policy. The refund will be provided in form of coupon code that is applicable on our website. The coupon code will be valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
RTO Policy
In case, where customer is unable to accept the product because of any reason at the time of delivery, the product will be shipped back to us. Our responsibility is to ship the order safely to the customers’ outstep. We are not responsible for refunding the amount in this case. We can try and help arrange 2nd and 3rd delivery attempts in case the 1st delivery attempt fails but we are not responsible for refunding the amount. Kindly understand that the shipping is not in our hands, we partner with best-in-class courier companies like Amazon, Bluedart, DTDC etc.
In cases where the customer has entered the incorrect address, pincode, etc, we are not responsible for refunds. Kindly check the address properly before making a purchase. Incorrect pincode will lead to non-delivery and we will not be responsible for any refunds or arranging the delivery.
